Fantastic customer service and great product

I ordered a personalised mug from this company and was absolutely pleased with it. Also the mug arrived on time like promised. I have to give a very special thank you to a lovely man (sorry I never got your name) who answered my call after business hours had well and truly finished as per the answering machine. He called me straight back and said that their customers were very important to them which is why he quite quickly rang me. I thought this was fantastic as you wouldn't get that customer service anywhere else. A notification must have gone through to his mobile even after business hours have closed for the day. He was great and we had a little chat as well about the funny message I'd put on my mug. I can honestly say I would be ordering from this business again and I would recommend them to anyone too. So well done to this company and the team behind the scenes too for everything, and keep up that fab customer service you've got going! It makes a whole lot of difference compared to other businesses out there who don't. A very big thank you xxx
